Australian Finger Limes
, also known as citrus caviar, are catching on with
top chefs worldwide! These unusual citrus fruits look just like caviar and contain small, round, firm, cells of lime juice that burst when bitten!  Use just like caviar on top of sushi or on oysters. You can even float in your favorite citrus cocktail or rim your latest lime pie.  To use, cut in half crosswise, squeeze and roll, and enjoy the limey citrus pearls.
Grown on our family farm in the central San Joaquin Valley of California.  Season of ripeness from August - May.  Size may vary depending on the time of the season.
Rind and interior color varies with the season.
The rind may range from bright green, to dark green, to brownish purple.  The interior pearls range from green, to champagne, to a light pink. T
