We love mushroom hunting and for many years we devoted our time to this hobby. We collect and dried only the best mushrooms. This dried Boletus which is marked as excellent in "Mushrooms of the world book" by Lucius Von Frieden. These high aroma dried mushrooms can be use for soups, lassagna, pork etc.
Reconstituting: Dried mushrooms can be reconstituted by soaking them in warm water/broth for about 30 minutes or by adding them to a simmering liquid 10-15 minutes before serving. The flavorful soaking liquid can then be retained for a sauce or soup.
