16oz of dried premium Grade AA quality Porcini Mushrooms (approx 8lbs when they were fresh) - also known as Natural Boletus or “King Boletes” - brought to you by Skip's Shrooms!
Collected from the mountain ranges of Eastern Oregon and Eastern Washington in 2022.
All of these Boletes have been personally collected, dehydrated, and carefully packaged by my small team of Experts - Thoroughly Inspected, and arriving to you in perfect condition - ready for your culinary experiments :)
Fry them in butter, with a touch of garlic and pepper. Add some shallots. Let them simmer at a low temperature with a lid on pan till cooked.
Ground into course powder for meat rubs and flavor boosters.
Great with a steak dinner or meat type of dish.
Adds depth to any Pasta dish!
Also great in a gravy, Navy Bean Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup!
