Because the quenepas are fruits (perishable items) they will be sent via regular Priority Mail from 3 to 5 days of delivery, if they are not delivered on those days the quenepas will be damaged. The shipment has an insurance of up to 0.
You, as a buyer, must agree to claim the insurance and take the damaged item to the post office in your area, explaining the delay in the service. (I cannot claim the insurance therefore no refund money will be made)...
