    1.   Pasta with sun-dried tomato sauce
    Quick, easy and tasty, to make it you must have the following ingredients:
    55 grams of sun-dried tomatoes
    60 ml olive oil
    70 grams of roasted almonds
    2 anchovies
    1 clove garlic
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
    Or teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
    1 teaspoon salt
    Put 450 grams of pasta for cooking. Place the sauce ingredients in a food processor until mixed. Pour 120ml of water on top and then put the sauce on top of the pasta. While the meal is hot, add grated Parmesan cheese on top. The quantity is enough for four people.
    2.   Vegan sauce with sun-dried tomatoes
    In general, sun-dried tomatoes in the form of sauce acquire a great taste. A sauce that can be made requires the following ingredients:
    30 grams of sun-dried tomatoes
    110 grams of tahini
    1 clove garlic
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    Mix all the ingredients together and sprinkle with salt. Slowly add water and carefully so as not to spoil the consistency of the sauce.
    3.    Butter with sun-dried tomatoes
    You can use this butter as an accompaniment to a steak or a portion of chicken. The ingredients required are the following:
    120 grams of melted butter
    3 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
    1 handful of fresh chopped parsley
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    Grated black pepper
    In a mixer or by hand, mix all the ingredients together and then simply put the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour before use.
