    Woman owned, Michigan grown, small buisness. Premium dried mixed oyster mushrooms. A random mix of Blue (Pleurotus Ostreatus), Pink (Pleurotus Djamor) and Italian (Pleurotus Pulmonarius) oysters.
    From our quality cultures, we hand inoculate in our in-house lab, and grow with the utmost care for the best quality possible. Picked at the peak of ripeness and dehydrated on site to keep the quality locked into every Happy Cap mushroom.
    Rehydrate in water (or your favorite liquid) for 20-30 minutes for a near fresh experience. Makes approximately 40 ounces after hydrating.
