Nutritional Value of Apricot:
Dried apricots are rich in calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, and vitamins A, C, and E.

We harvest the wild and seasonal apricots from Aliabad, Shigar and Kharmang in Gilgit Baltistan Pakistan. The ripened fruit is then sun dried and dehydrated naturally and preserved in the best quality standards.
Varieties of Apricots in GB:
Varieties of apricots or khubani differ depending on their place of production. Different varieties are Halmand, Wahphochuli, Lonakpochuli, Sherakarpochuli Shakhanda, Margulam, Karpochuli, Ambah, Staachuli, Khochuli and Brochuli.
Names of some local cultivars of Gilgit region are Dugli, Neeli, Bedeiri, Chalpachu, Loli, Frugui, Khormagui, Alishah Kakas etc.
Alishah Kakas from Hunza has firm texture, pronounced aroma, and rich flavour excellent for drying.
